The three winning mixologists from the January 16, 23 and 30 preliminaries will compete before an august panel of judges from North Carolina Restaurants and Bars.
The winning “Titilattei” mixer, chosen by a panel of judges, a la America has talent style, will, in the annals of history, forever be known as the winning mixologist for the new drink sensation, the RagApple Lassie Titilatte! The winning mixologist will also receive a trophy, one case of the prized Zinfandel with which to make his own Ragatinis and a two-night stay in Hobson House, the RagApple Lassie Guest Cottage.
